Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email us at hello@brassbee.co.uk along with your order number.
Damages and order issues must be reported to us within 7 days of your delivery.
Returns must be delivered to us within 28 days or your original delivery date.
Items must be returned undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in, please do not write, or stick labels directly to the boxes. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging.
Please include the packing slip or a note with your name, address, and order number, without this we are unable to allocate your refund.
Postage Charges for returned item are the full responsibility of the customer and we will not be obliged to refund these.
Some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please check this prior to returning as we will not be liable if items are not delivered to us or returned after 28 days. Some larger orders may need to be sent via a courier.
We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
We aim to process returns within 5 days, after items are inspected the refund minus any postage charges will be refunds back to the original payment method. Along with a confirmation email.
